As part of the project semester we organized an internal project at the UAS Sankt Pölten where four bands "Armed", "MonkeyWrench", "Storms of Æolus" and "Stereo Bullets" each performed on stage. We had the task to host the event from sound reinforcement, live mixing, broadcast mixing, monitoring, lighting, planning, advertising to catering. Everyone made themselves familiar with every task and rotated through them. With little time to prepare and with assembly, rebuilding and dismantling of the whole stage during the event, we still had to act precisely and reliably. Above all, working through the continuous performances from morning until late at night was quite exhausting. In this project I was able to coordinate the team as a team leader and even took over the live mixing of a performing band.
